Maqluba means Upside Down in Arabic where the Maqluba rice is also a popular Palestinian and Jordanian dish. Essentially, maqluba refers to the finishing method of flipping the pot of cooked rice directly on a large platter plate where people would sit around in a gathering feast to dig in!

The Maqluba Chicken Rice Platter is astonishingly fragrant with fresh herbs and spices. Spices like turmeric, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, garlic, cardamon, black pepper and more is packed and immersed into the chicken and fluffy rice bed.
