Invariably, there there are infinite ways to create and serve the dish. Nonetheless, traditional Korean bibimbap is made using rice, an egg, fresh and fermented vegetables, gochujang. That’s exactly what you get from Syabibimbap!

CHICKEN BULGOGI BIBIMBAP
Chunks of chicken meat aligned neatly in the bowl alongside the rice, homemade kimchi slaw and other veggies including beansprouts, corn, shredded seaweed and alfafa flowering plant. The chicken that has been prepped beforehand in a garlic-soy marinade is crisp and caramelized before serving! Topped with white sesame seeds, give this bowl a wonderful mix and stir with its dedicated sauce to ensure that all the ingredients are nicely coated with the mildly spicy sesame-based gochujang sauce! Oh if only you knew how tasty and tongue-tingling this dish is!

BEEF BIBIMBAP
A generous amount of beef slices neatly tucked in the bowl alongside its rice, homemade kimchi slaw and other veggies including beansprouts, corn, shredded seaweed and alfafa flowering plant. The beef stir-fried with onions beforehand smells and taste wonderful partly because of the caramelized onions! We love how tender these beef slices are and how it works tremendously well with its other ingredients in the bowl. We love how the dish is build up with delicate yet tasty veggies including the beansprouts, kimchi, alfafa, seaweed and spring onions! When it’s all mixed and stirred well the homemade truffle tomato gochujang sauce, this meal makes a hands-down perfect flavour-packed brunch!
