Full on marination with fresh herbs and spices takes place hours before where the chicken tender meats fully absorb all the natural flavours. A lot of care has been taken to ensure that the chicken does not overcook which is why the meats remain juicy and tender.

The homemade sauce is spiced and rich with a woody-smokey undertone and when paired with the succulent chicken meats, you know you have indulge in a flavourful roasted chicken. Serve this up alongside the roasted potatoes and the coleslaw on the side, it’s truly a meal fit for a king!
