Arajetset Kitchen is a Halal Home Based vendor that specialises in authentic Indonesian dishes like Nasi Uduk, Risoles, Nasi Campur, Lumpia, Bubur Ayam, Mie Koma, Ketoprak and many more.

Indonesia is a melting pot of culinary influences and ingredients and this is no different from the dishes brought out by Arajetset Kitchen.

The Chef’s cooking is reflective of the Javanese history and food culture. Vibrant, flavourful and rich in textures, every spoonful clearly showcases the sheer variety of ingredients used in the cooking and preparation of the dishes!

The Nasi Campur Komplit or Nasi Kuning is firstly simply beautiful to look at. A rice dish accompanied with noodles, the Nasi Kuning is also sometimes called Nasi Kunyit (Indonesian for: “turmeric rice”) and it is an Indonesian fragrant rice dish cooked with coconut milk and turmeric, hence the name nasi kuning (yellow rice).

Because of the use of herbs and spices like pandan, lemongrass, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves, the Nasi Kuning is simply fragrant and aromatic. To be eaten together with the noodles, sautéed tempeh, sambal chilli, kerupuk and other condiments, it is a burst of salty, sweet and spicy in every mouthful!
