The Han’s Dumpling

Dumplings – it’s something we can never get enough of. And what we truly enjoyed stuffing ourselves with this afternoon was Han’s Dumpling, a Halal home based Muslim owned vendor who specialises in Chinese Beef, Chicken and Prawn Dumplings!

Many wouldn’t know this but dumplings are an essential dish for celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year. Such a luxurious staple to have at your celebratory parties too, aren’t we so glad to have Han’s Dumpling to enjoy its plump, succulent and tasty dumplings?

Han’s Dumpling are essentially made from scratch. From rolling out the perfect chewy dough to filling up the dumplings to painstakingly yet artfully folding and moulding the dumplings into lovely ingot-shaped treats (ignot because it represents ancient Chinese money and wealth fyi.)

Yes, it’s sheer hard work, coordination and dedication but the result is truly rewarding. The dumpling wrappers are tender and bouncy, with a silky mouthfeel. The prawn, beef or chicken fillings are always well balanced with freshly chopped vegetables including chives. Never greasy or oily, the fillings are generous, well flavoured and truly comforting!

And when we pick them up, we love how the wrappers doesn’t give way and it’s fillings doesn’t fall apart! What’s more to love about Han’s Dumpling? They’re a perfect alternative to your daily noodle or rice needs! These dumplings contain a good amount of protein, vegetables, and carbs, so they are a nutrition-balanced one-dish meal by themselves. Everything works perfectly together to create a fulfilling, healthy, and hearty one-dish meal!

And when you dip them in the spicy chilli oil, it gives an extra oomph to the overall flavours of your dumplings. Truly heavenly…
