Nfa_ologysg is a Halal Home-based vendor that specialises in Halal prawn noodle soup. A popular dish in Singapore and Malaysia, everyone loves a hot bowl of prawn noodle soup simply because it is soothing and satisfying.

Originating from Taiwan and the southeast of China, the prawn noodle soup by Nfa_ologysg uses ingredients like prawns, kangkong, taugeh (beansprouts), sliced fishcakes and sliced chicken meat.

The broth is simply flavourful, brimming with seafood-goodness, with a tinge of sweetness, and most importantly, rich with a slight creaminess to it.

Admittingly, Nfa_ologysg founder,Nora has always enjoyed cooking for the family.

After several attempts to recreate the Chinese-styled prawn Noodles, she confidently let her chinese colleagues have a go at it. They fell in love with it, even stating it tasted better than the “non-halal ones”.

Using only the freshest of ingredients, Nora does not use any sugar to sweetened the taste of the broth. “It’s purely from the sweetness of the prawns.”

“I would only purchase the ingredients on the day I need to fulfil orders,” Nora added.

Eventually, Nora decided to start selling it outside of her family circle.

Nfa_ologysg officially began its sales in August.

By far, Nora intends to include more addition in the menu but also states that she intends to improve further on the current prawn noodles.

Available in Yellow noodles and Bee Hoon noodles and upsized options.
