Wondering what Jalar Murthabak is? Jalar Murthabak is Murthabak delicately made and wrapped with the Roti Jala. The fillings of spiced chicken or mutton are neatly tucked into huge triangles of the roti jala! It’s such a lovely twist to the traditional dough-based Murthabak where these pan fried crepes are stuffed with beaten eggs, chopped leeks, chives, or green onion (scallions) and minced meat, which is then folded and cut into squares.

Their masala fillings (a family recipe passed down from generation to generation) are a perfect blend of spices with the right amount of meat inside and we love how huge these triangles of Jalar Murthabak are!

Soft crisp on the outside and the explosion of wonderful Indian spices excites your palate, Jalar Murthabak is a great alternative to your typical Murthabak Daging or Murthabak Ayam!
