Biryani Rice – long grain basmati rice, masala spices, raisins, cashew nuts, home-made fried onions, ghee. Masala chicken – tenderly fried chicken, masala spices, yoghurt, garnished with coriander leaves. Sweet & spicy acar – pineapple, cucumber, cili padi.

What you get is a crazy explosion of flavours and textures on varying levels. The biryani is moist, robust, and spicy, and the rice and chicken meat are infused with a heady blend of aromatics. With the sweet and spicy acar as the condiment, it’s simply hard to resist this.
