One glance at Made By Rappa profile, you would know how unique their bakes are. A Eurasian Muslim owned vendor, Made By Rappa specialises in Rustic Bakes and Treats. These include Bundts, biscuits, Madeleines and Tartelettes!

If you’re wondering, Bundt cakes are cakes that is baked in a Bundt pan, shaping it into a distinctive doughnut shape. The shape is inspired by a traditional European cake known as Gugelhupf. It is interesting to note that Bundt cakes are not generally associated with any single recipe. What we love about the bundt cakes from Made By Rappa are infused with local signature flavour of Kopi Siu Dai! Crispy on the outside, yet soft & light on the inside, we love how these miniature bundt cakes goes so very well with our morning coffee! Be it if you’re having a mocha or kopi, these bundt cakes will amplify your caffeine fix!

Another one of our favourite is certainly the freshly baked Longan and Almond Madeleines. We love the combination of these two experimental flavours that complements each other. It’s so fragrant and wonderfully soft that it’s truly addictive. The size of each Madeleine is also generous and we love how these treat is best paired with an afternoon tea.

Another centrepiece worth drawing attention to is certainly their High Tea in a Tower! Opt for The Madeleines Tower, The Minion Bundts Tower, The Minions & Maddies Tower for a gathering of more than 3 pax to enjoy great company and even better treats for your occasions!

Preheat the oven at 100 degrees for about 10-15 minutes before placing the goodies inside. The other alternative way is to reheat the treats inside the microwave for 1 minute on High with a microwavable bowl/cup filled with water on the side.

Similarly with the Flapjack:

You may store them covered, in the fridge at an additional 4-5 days.
Enjoy them cool or reheat them in the microwave for 1 min on High with a microwaveable bowl/cup filled with water on the side.
Heat it for another min if it’s still cold.

If you wish to freeze the Flapjack, it can be kept up to 3 months in the freezer.
Thaw it overnight in the fridge first, and reheat it in the same way as above
