If you’re in the mood for an Indonesian type of meal, the beef rendang from Erlin’s Food 4U is the one. The beef is cooked well until tender with lemongrass, kaffir lime, and coconut paste sauce. A delightful dish to have with either rice or just by itself is exquisite. You don’t need another chili for it as you will get that a bit of spicy flavour from the spice.
