Ayam geprek is a fried smashed chicken that is originated from Indonesia. They have two kinds for you to choose from – the Original and the Sambal Ijo Ayam Geprek which means green chili fried chicken.
The well-marinated tender chicken is spiced and fried very well till golden brown with the perfect crisp on the outside. And when you dip it into the sambal, oh! It’s superb! You can taste the freshness from the sambal as they always use fresh chilis and spices to give that nice kick.
