Available in NSG Chicken, Beef Rendang or Sambal Sotong, we love how generous and fragrant this dish is! Commonly served during Javanese family events, the Nasi Sambal goreng has indeed become an important dish in Javanese food culture and identity in Singapore. Each NSG typically consists of aromatic sambal goreng, freshly made coconut serunding, deep-fried golden bagedil, crisp paru and delicious sambal on a bed of fluffy white rice. Depending on your choice of NSG, fried chicken wing, fragrant beef rendang or spicy sambal sotong complements the dish really well! This makes a truly satisfying meal to last the whole day.

We love the vibrant colour, flavours and textures imbued in this lontong. Soft and velvety lontong rice cakes doused in savoury sayur lodeh broth. Who wouldn’t want this treat? This vegetable stew made in coconut curry is delicious and we love the mix of vegetables including cabbage, carrots, long beans and tofu cooked in a wonderful concoction of spices including onions, turmeric, ginger, lemongrass, shrimp and candlenut. Be ready to get hooked!

A breakfast must, the mee siam consists of stir-fried rice vermicelli noodles smothered in a spicy, salty, and sour gravy. Topped with slices of eggs, shrimps, and fried bean curd, this dish is specifically dedicated to those who love a sweet and sour spiced broth. With the extra elements of bean sprouts, hard-boiled eggs, fried bean curd, chinese chives and a dash of calamansi lime, it’s an explosion of flavours all at once!

Imagine digging into a bowl of Mee Rebus paired with a cup of kopi (coffee) or teh tarik (pulled tea) to kickstart the day! The Mee Rebus consists of egg noodles in a spicy gravy that’s both fragrant and wonderfully flavoured. It’s topped with hard-boiled egg, spring onions, beansprouts, crispy fried shallots and fried tofu cubes. We’d enjoy Mee rebus at any point in the day!

Fragrant Nasi Lemak. Let’s dig in! The rice itself is aromatic because it’s been infused with coconut milk and pandan leaves. We love that it’s made light and with the rice this fluffy, we love how the flavours perfectly blends with the fried anchovies, sliced cucumbers, chicken, egg and its sambal!
