Asmara Kitchen SG is a Halal Home based business that specialises in an amalgamation of cuisines from Malaysia, Indonesia and Bali. Asmara Kitchen SG operates as a mother-and-daugther team who love local Malaysian favourites like the Nasi Kandar, Nasi Ayam Berempah, Gulai and Nasi Ayam Kicap Berempah.

Adapting the ingredients, herbs and spices from a previous Bali trip, the mother-daughter duo also married some Balinese culinary influences like the popular Nasi Jinggo aka Nasi Volcom into their cooking.

And as one would know by now, Balinese culture is an elaborate and rounded one, manifested in almost every aspect of life, including foods. The traditional dishes in Bali are a big part of its tradition, some of which are almost as old as the culture itself.
